Since we last talked, I've:
1. Performed with my good friends The Brilliant Inventions at Eddie's Attic in Decatur, GA
2. Performed with Stin Fox, Roger Green, Dave Saunders, Chelsey Scott, Rich Fyhr, Phil Barton, Todd Abke, and (none of whom were more familiar with me than I was with them) at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, TN
3. Started working again, at a restaurant that offers a drink called the "Durty Sanchez"
4. Received insurance money to cover damages from "the incident"
5. Bathed Hank twice
6. Joined a dinner club for couples
7. Started "eating clean", quit, and started again
8. Befriended the guys from the Nashville band Heypenny
9. Bought three sweaters, four pairs of jeans (returned one), two pairs of corduroys, a jacket, and a new pair of sneakers
10. Started shaving with a Mach 3
11. Purchased exactly zero Christmas presents
12. Considered trading in my guitar for a new one, then thought better of it
13. Written 2.25 songs
14. Come to grips with the fact that Universal You will not be finished by the end of calendar year 2009, despite my greatest efforts (more to come on this soon). Ugh.
Good night.

It was great to see you at the Bluebird! What a treat!!
Your top 14 events of the week sound incredibly interesting, but I have a feeling there's more to the story — how come you had to bathe poor Hank twice???? Miss Little sends her regards.

Just two quick comments:
1. I really like the fact that when you click on the 7. link "eating clean", it takes you to the "Eating Clean" web site. What did I learn form that? One of the top five benefits to eating clean is shinnier hair.
I'm sold.
2. Nice.
British.
Shoes.
