A resounding THANK YOU to everyone who made it out to The Darkroom for my Nashville CD release show on Friday night!
From where I was standing, the show was a great success.
Thanks to:
-Casey Crum for running the merch table/kegerator
-TJ Maxx for the $12 shirt
-Austin for setting us up with great sound
-Jonathan for the Braves/Marlins updates
-Taco Mamacita for the emergency keg
-Josh for the emergency beer after the emergency keg ran out
Special thanks to:
-David, Neal, and Winn of Brite Revolution for providing the perfect venue AND for the audio/video (more to come on this later)
-Dad, Janice, Aunt Sue, Uncle Kenneth, and Granny for making the trip
Very special thanks to:
-Ian Tometich (drums) for rehearsal time/space and for keeping perfect time
-Will Robertson (bass, backing vocals) for making the trip from Atlanta to sound his usual amazing self
-Jess and Missy for the "Beaver Fever" T-shirts and for throwing and outstanding after-party
I hope everyone had as much fun as I did. In fact, I would have posted this blog yesterday, but spent most of the day sleeping (a sign of a great Friday night, by one measurement).
No rest for the weary, however; now it's time to focus my energies on the August 6 Atlanta CD release...
Thanks again,
-Nate
